I spent 10 years in the U.S. Marine Corps flying MV-22 Ospreys, including combat missions in Iraq and Afghanistan. I’ve been tested in the world’s toughest environments—where discipline, mental toughness, and physical readiness weren’t optional, they were life-saving.

After hanging up the flight suit, I earned my MBA from Indiana University and a second Master’s Degree in Exercise Science to combine strategic thinking with deep expertise in human performance. I’m also a certified personal trainer through the National Personal Training Institute, a personal training diploma program that combines in-depth education with hands-on gym experience.

I’m a coach, a husband, and a father to a wild little boy who already thinks he runs the house. We live in Southern Wisconsin with our two loyal cattle dogs. I lead from the front—in the gym, at home, and in life—because the example we set matters more than the words we say. I train with purpose, and I help others do the same—because your health is your responsibility, and no one is coming to carry you to the finish line.
